One way of mitigating a risk of disaster is to have an online backup service. I have been reading about the online backup and storage industry for a while now. It is becoming a commonly accepted technology these days. For online backup news, information and articles, there is an excellent website: http://www.BackupReview.info This site lists more than 400 online backup companies and ranks the top 25 on a monthly basis. It also features a CEO Spotlight page, where senior management people from the industry are interviewed.

When will you have real time support for carbonite. I recently ran your restore program but I can not find my files and music. I did find all my pictures by using google's picasa. I know the music and files have been restored to computer but I cannot find them. Can someone call me @ 330.665.4751 Thank you Michael

I’ve used Carbonite myself and it works well. The problem is that they do not save data for more than 30 days Check out another of their competitors called ElephantDrive - www.elephantdrive.com or Memopal www.memopal.com

Davide, they didn't save data more than 30 days because you only used the free trial. You need to pay for the yearly subscription.
